SRX20007003: WGS of mycoplasma pneumoniae: MDY

Design: Genomic DNA from 50 mL of the end selected culture and the parent strain was extracted using TIANamp Bacteria DNA Kit (DP302) from Tiangen Biochemical Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd according to the manufacturers instructions. Genome sequencing was performed by Shanghai Yuanxu Biotechnology Co., Ltd. Briefly, genomic DNA was sheared using KAPA Frag Kit for Enzymatic fragmentation (KK8600, KAPABIOSYSTEMS) and sequencing libraries were constructed via VAHTS Universal DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina V4 (ND610-02, Vazyme). Pair-end libraries were sequenced on Hiseq X-ten platforms with a read length of 150 bp. The average number of reads per sample was 7,178,870 with more than 200 X coverage on average.
